Apple BBQ Country Ribs

Start this easy recipe in a Dutch oven, and then finish the ribs on the grill, basting with apple butter barbecue sauce. These country-style ribs are finger-lickin' good, and will feed 4 hungry people, or up to 6 with sides.

Ingredients
4 lbs pork country-style ribs
Salt & pepper
1 jar Carolina Sauce Co. Apple Butter BBQ Sauce

Place the country-style ribs in a large Dutch oven. Add enough water to cover the ribs, bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Cover and simmer until the ribs are tender, about 45 minutes to an hour. Remove ribs from Dutch oven and sprinkle lightly with salt & pepper. Place ribs on grill rack directly over slow coals (or on low if using a gas grill) and cook for about 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes. During the final 15 minutes, baste the ribs frequently with apple butter BBQ sauce. Serve with extra sauce on the side for dipping.

Zestfully yours,
Gloria
