Both Carolina Cupboard BBQ Sauces in Stock Again!

If you missed my announcement on Twitter earlier this week, here's the news many of you have been waiting for: Both varieties of Carolina Cupboard Barbecue Sauce are finally back in stock at the Carolina Sauce Company! The manufacturer had some production delays this summer but everything's back in order and they were able to re-stock our warehouse a few days ago.

In case you're not familiar with the Carolina Cupboard brand, the Eastern NC BBQ Sauce is the real deal, made with nothing but vinegar, spices, a touch of brown sugar and salt -- no tomatoes, as purists will be happy to note! The Western NC BBQ Sauce is true to the Piedmont, with ketchup and Worcestershire sauce added to the vinegar base and a bit of molasses too. Both sauces are excellent on pulled or chopped pork BBQ, as well as splashed on collards and other greens, and even sprinkled on fries or hushpuppies for a tangy bite. You can also use either Carolina Cupboard barbecue sauce to marinate chicken for grilling, baking or roasting. Labor Day will be here sooner than you think, so stock up today!

Zestfully yours,
Gloria
