Shoogs' BBQ Sauce is Back!

Newsflash: After "going missing" for several months, Shoog's Authentic NC Barbeque Sauce is once again available, and you can get it now at the Carolina Sauce Company! This vinegar-based barbecue sauce is true to its name: tart, tangy and peppery, with just a touch of tomato to add a little more substance and tame a bit of the sharp edge from the vinegar. Ideal for pulled pork barbecue the way it's made in eastern North Carolina, Shoogs BBQ Sauce also makes a delicious marinade for chicken and meats, and you can splash it on your collards or mustard greens, or even on fried okra or hushpuppies for some vinegar tang. Heck, I know someone who splashes it on crisply fried fish! Shoog's BBQ Sauce will be delivered at our warehouse this coming Monday, and you can go ahead and order it now. We're going to do our best to keep it in stock at the Carolina Sauce Company online store, but just in case something happens and it disappears on us again, be sure to order an extra bottle while you can!
