The Carolina Sauce Company is closing at 4pm eastern time today December 23rd, and we'll be closed through Wednesday, January 5th, to give our hard-working employees some time off with their families. We will re-open for business on Thursday, January 6th. You can still place orders at the Carolina Sauce online store while we are closed, but they will be shipped after we re-open on a first-come first-served basis. If you email or call us while we're closed, please understand that we won't be able to reply until after January 5th.
