The Carolina Sauce Company will be closed tomorrow Friday, March 25th, while we attend the Spring Conference of the NC Specialty Foods Association (in fact, yours truly will be one of the speakers at the conference). You can still place orders online at the Carolina Sauce Company online store while we are closed, and orders received on Friday will begin shipping out on Monday, March 28th, when we re-open for business. Although no one will be available to answer the phone or reply to email while we are closed, please feel free to leave us a message or to send us an email, and we'll reply as soon as we can when we re-open on Monday.
