Two important announcements for our customers and other fans of zesty foods:
1. The Carolina Sauce Company will be open for business on Memorial Day, Monday May 31st, but with limited staff and abbreviated hours, so please be patient if you call us and get our voicemail, or if it takes a little longer than usual for us to reply to your email. I promise we'll get back to you as soon as we can, and in any event by Tuesday at the latest. Please be aware that neither UPS nor the US Post Office will be in service tomorrow, so we will not be able to ship any packages on Memorial Day. We will resume shipping orders on Tuesday, June 1st.
