Ann's Durn Good Buffalo Shrimp Grill

This delicious and easy recipe comes from the folks who make the Durn Good product line, available at the Carolina Sauce Company, and serves 4.

Ingredients
1 lb raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
4 Tbs butter
4 Tbs Durn Good Hot Sauce
Durn Good Original Blend Seasoning, to taste

Melt butter in a pan, add hot sauce and stir to combine. Let cool a bit. Place the shrimp in a zip top plastic bag, add butter/hot sauce mixture, seal the bag and shake to coat the shrimp. Heat your grill, griddle or saucepan to medium high. Place the shrimp on the grill (or griddle or pan), sprinkle generously with the Durn Good Original Seasoning, and cook until done (the shrimp will turn pink), being careful not to overcook. That's it!

I like to serve Buffalo Shrimp (or chicken) with a side of blue cheese dressing (or ranch dressing), and some celery and carrot sticks on the side.

Zestfully yours,
Gloria

PS: Durn Good Hot Sauce and all four varieties of Durn Good Seasonings are currently on sale at the Carolina Sauce Company!
