This hot sauce also complements tomato-sauced dishes like Italian foods, and is quite good when added to chili and rustic stews (I'm actually looking forward to cold weather so I can play with this sauce in some of my comfort-food recipes). It's also great when splashed on cheese nachos, breakfast burritos and sausage. I think I'll stir it into cocktail sauce the next time I have chilled boiled shrimp.
