Uncle Pete's BBQ Burgers

This tasty recipe comes from the creators of the award-winning Uncle Pete's BBQ Sauces, made in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The result is juicy, zesty burgers that will leave friends and family smiling and asking for seconds! Makes 8 burgers.

Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 Tbs minced onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 bottle of your favorite flavor of Uncle Pete's BBQ Sauce (Original, Hickory, or Spicy)

Fire up your grill. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well using a spoon (or do what I do and use your hands). Shape mixture into 8 patties, each about 1 inch thick. Grill the burgers until done, and serve with your favorite toppings.
