We're having great weather for a Labor Day BBQ here in Durham, NC, home base for the Carolina Sauce Company, and hope you are, too. Later today we'll fire up the grill for some German apple bratwursts, cheese-stuffed bacon-wrapped peppers, and a special apple dessert that's a new recipe soon to be featured on this blog if it turns out right.
